We Are The Future Of Today And Leaders Of Today: Dunukofia LGA Is Working In The Right Direction! Youth Era.By Mbanugo Onyeka Nelson

The era of greedy politicians in Dunukofia and Anambra politics has come to an end because most men pursue pleasure with such breathless haste that they miss the fundamental desires of the masses as they hinge unto personal gains.

Now Apga Dunukofia parades the finest youths in Governor Willie Obiano administration,Hon Uzoegbunam Okagbue, Chike Odoji and Hon Mike Okoye Jr, who happened to be the youngest Commissioner in the Nigeria and West Africa, they pledge themselves to liberate all our people from the continuing bondage of poverty, deprivation, suffering, gender and other discrimination

Now Hon Mark Okoye Jr is repositioning the economic of Anambra State, thereby making Anambra state the only state in Nigeria that’s free from economic recession.

Hon Mark is best and youngest amongst the energetic and fulcrum men in this Willie Obiano government; Mark’s opinions and capacity radiates immeasurable and unquantifiable positive results; and it is a blessing to Anambra state and Dunukofia LGA in particular. His professional touches and strong vision are top notch.

Some weeks ago , he was nominated as one of the 20 Great Young Leaders in the world and I @oneyoungworld Politician of the Year Award, with 19 other amazing young persons in politics from around the world:
Ndi Dunukofia will always remain ever grateful to Governor Willie Obiano (Akpokuedike Aguleri) for discovering and ther oopportunity given to a genius like you and many other young men and women in Anambra State Government.

Oga Mark Okoye, you are a role model to young aspiring politicians like Hon (Engr) Emeka Okonkwo, Chike Odoji, Mbanugo Onyeka Nelson, Elochukwu Okoye and many more in Dunukofia LGA

Your Courage is daring to take that first step or a different path and we the good people of Dunukofia Constituency will like to witness effective, efficient and quality change in our constituency 2019.

I understand that dropping everything to pursue your passion and dreams isn’t a reality for many people; we have responsibilities and we can’t be reckless.  But I don’t think that’s an excuse not to do something small everyday to work closer to that dream if it’s in your heart.  And I don’t think it’s an excuse to do at least 2-3 simple things you love each day.

Now we youth are the future of today and Leaders of Today, to make the sacraments to be sacred, we need a middle man that will assist Hon Uzoegbunam Okagbue and Hon Mark Okoye Jr in piloting the affairs of ndi Dunukofia, now KONTI KOMPLETE will be the mediator.

Engr Emeka Okonkwo is the missing lung among them, in 2019 there will be Trinity of Liberation in LGA.

NB:The dead cannot cry out for justice. It is the duty of the living to do so for them; and it’s high time we stand on Zoning for the progress of our CONSTITUENCY

Kemi Olunloyo Has Openly Accused The Foremost Blogger Of Cheating With Her Pregnancy.

While Nigerian are felicitating with the richest blogger in the land, Linda Ikeji, on the birth of her first child at thirty-seven, controversial blogger, Kemi Olunloyo has crashed the party, saying it was all a ruse, that, Linda was never pregnant but paid a surrogate mother N1.8M for the birth of the child that arrived on Monday morning at a US hospital.

As far as May of this year, Kemi Olunloyo has openly accused the foremost blogger of cheating with her pregnancy.

Kemi Olunloyo “ Sincerely, I have been respecting myself but I think I need to fill you guys into this. Linda Ikeji got pregnant using ‘donor sperm’ because she started getting scared of menopause,” she had stated.

She claims Linda was officially ten months pregnant when the baby was born after her six month announcement in May. “ Time to drop that prosthetic moon bump and call the surrogate who had settled for N1.8M . Baby J or baby JJ has no official dad, there was even none on her post,” she posted after the birth.

The fiery blogger wouldn’t get off Linda Ikeji’s case as she pointed out some details concerning her announcement Instagram post on the birth of the baby. “Tomorrow, September 19th is Linda Ikeji’s birthday, carefully planned to coincide with Baby J’s delivery. A great way to attract sympathy, love birthday and baby gifts back to back. She will be 42 not 37 as she claims.

How Linda failed to pay attention to details.USA neonatal blankie, no hospital staff in pictures, live or recorded videos. My phone call to visit ‘a Linda Ikeji’ in maternity ward and no such patient exists,” she said.

It should be noted that Linda Ikeji and Kemi Olunloyo have been at war with each for years now. When Kemi was incarcerated Linda Ikeja made a piecemeal of it and Kemi also, has never let an opportunity passed to have her own pound of flesh of the foremost blogger.

Breaking News:WAEC Confirms Adeleke Wrote His Exams In 1981

The West African Examination Council, WAEC, Wednesday confirmed that the embattled Senator Ademola Adeleke who was accused of not having its certificate actually wrote his WAEC exams in 1981. In a report published by Thecable, the council confirmed Adeleke’s participation in an affidavit deposed at an FCT high court in Bwari, Abuja.

Breaking: WAEC confirms Adeleke wrote his exams in 1981 In the affidavit sworn to by Henry Sunday Adewunmi Osindeinde, deputy registrar, head of school examination department, WAEC confirmed Adeleke sat for the May/April 1981 at Ede Muslim High School in Osun state. Unknown Gunmen kill policeman in Delta, Take away AK-47 rifles

Asaba were thrown into confusion Monday night after daredevil armed bandits took on a police patrol van attached to ‘C’ Division of the Delta State Police Command at Cable Point area of the capital city, Asaba, leaving one of the five officers in the team dead and another in critical condition.

We gathered that the armed bandits ambushed the five-man police team’s patrol van at about 8:30 pm, using machetes and other dangerous weapons on the unsuspecting police officers and carted away two AK 47 rifles that were abandoned by the fleeing police officers.

A reliable source said two of the policemen were severely cut with machetes by the hoodlums while the other three escaped with various degrees of injuries, adding that one of the injured police officers later died in the hospital as a result of excessive bleeding.

The State Commissioner of Police, Mr Muhammad Mustafa, who confirmed the incident, said some of the suspects have been arrested while investigations had commenced on the incident.

This attack would bring the number of cases of attacks on police patrol teams by gunmen in the state to three in the last two months and two AK 47 rifles were reportedly also taken away in a similar attack at Issele-Asagba.

INEC Banned The Use Of Smartphones And Cameras Within Voting Cubicles .

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has banned the use of smartphones and cameras within voting cubicles.

This was made known in a statement by Professor Mahmood Yakubu, Chairman of INEC, to clarify the reports on the ban of smartphones during elections.

Following the INEC stakeholders’ meeting on Tuesday, on the 2018 Osun governorship election, INEC released an excerpt of the chairman’s speech on the ban of phones and cameras in voting.

The statement read: “Therefore, it is counter-productive for the commission to introduce a blanket ban on the use of mobile phones or other photographic devices at polling units on election day.

“What we have done is to exclude the use of such devices by accredited voters from the time they collect their ballot papers, mark them in the voting cubicles and drop in the ballot box.

“In making this clarification, we wish to appeal to voters to bear this short inconvenience for the sanctity of the ballot and the overall credibility of our elections.”

$100m Debt Hinder Purchase Of 9mobile, Says Danbatta

ar Danbatta, Executive Vice-Chairman of Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), has said a debt burden of $100 million was delaying the transfer of ownership of 9mobile to Teleology Holdings Limited, the company declared winner of the bidding process by Barclays Africa.

Teleology had been awarded rights to the telecommunications firm over Smile Telecoms in March 2018.

Speaking in an interview with ThisDay in South Africa on Tuesday, Danbatta further disclosed that the due diligence report on the capability of Teleology to purchase 9mobile is also held up by the owings.

He said: “Barclays Africa, the financial adviser handling the sale of 9mobile announced Teleology Holdings Limited as the preferred bidder of 9mobile and Smile Telecoms Holding as the reserve bidder in the ongoing sale of 9mobile.

“Now, the spectrum licence of 9mobile belongs to Emerging Markets Telecommunication Services (EMTS), but trading as 9mobile. Teleology had since paid a non-refundable deposit of $50 million and the record is there to show for it and we have verified the payment. Teleology also paid $251 million into an escrow account of the Central Bank of Nigeria.”

Teleology won the auction of the firm previously known as Etisalat, with a $1 million margin over Smile. It was then directed by Barclays Africa to pay an initial fee of $50 million within 21 days of its bid win and the balance of $251 million in 90 days. The deadline for the first payment expired on March 21, while the second expired on the July 25. Both tranches of imbursements have been made, but Teleology would have to wait till the said debt is paid back to equipment manufacturers like Nokia, Huawei and IHS.

Dambatta, however, noted that the $100 million loan is not captured in the $1.2 billion debt, which is held by the consortium of 13 local banks.

“Based on these payments, the NCC needed to transmit a letter of no objection to Teleology for the transfer of the shares of Etisalat from EMTS to United Capital Trustees, which is the receiver manager for the 13 local banks that gave Etisalat, now 9mobile, the loan of $1.2 billion. The shares will then be transferred from United Capital Trustees to Teleology.

“It is a two-phase transfer of shares and NCC has transmitted the letters of no objection for the two phase transfer of shares from EMTS to United Capital Trustees, and then from United Capital Trustees to Teleology. But what has not been transferred is the spectrum licence to Teleology because there is a caveat around it. So the operational and spectrum licences of 9mobile are still with EMTS. Again Teleology is expected to make another tranche of payment of $100 million to service the debts of equipment suppliers and vendors like Huawei, IHS and Nokia, which 9mobile is owing,” Danbatta explained.

In 2017, Etisalat defaulted on a seven-year $1.2bn expansion loan sourced from 13 indigenous banks namely: Guaranty Trust Bank, Access Bank, First Bank, UBA, Fidelity Bank, Ecobank, FCMB, Stanbic IBTC, Union Bank and Zenith Bank.

With an inflation rate of seven per cent and rising oil prices in 2008, experts say it was profitable to rack up dollar denominated loans. Following the devaluation of the naira and a double digit inflation percentage seven years later, the disposable income of clients, cheap data plans, theft and vandalisation of telecom equipments, harassment of base station operators by state governments, among others, analysts say Etisalat was under pressure to default.

The inability of the Central Bank of Nigeria, the 13 banks and Etisalat to reach a loan restructure deal, led to the introduction of United Capital as receiver managers for the loan and transfer of Etisalat’s assets through the auction which Teleology won

D.N.A federal constituency is made up of DUNUKOFIA, NJIKOKA AND ANAOCHA and the normal thing should have been that the leadership of D. ☔Hon Chukwuemeka chikelu from ANAOCHA from 1999–2003.

☔Hon George Ozodinobi from NJIKOKA from 2003–2007

☔Hon uche Ekwunife from ANAOCHA from 2007–2011,,,

☔Hon uche Ekwunife from ANAOCHA from 2011–2015.

☔ Hon Dozie Nwankwo from NJIKOKA from 2015–till date.

From the above evidence, it’s pitiful and painful that for 20yrs of D. N. A constituency leadership, the young child Dunukofia have been neglected.
